Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your Adventure Jackets, Boots, or other gear ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to get your Dual Sport gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery)
Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every stitch of our adventure gear. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our straightforward returns process will have you back on the trail quickly.
Return Policy Details
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Adventure Helmets and Full Face helmets (safety equipment)
- Air Bags (safety devices)
- Eyewear (hygiene reasons)
- All Gloves (including Dirt Bike Gloves and Gauntlet Gloves)
- Any item with removed tags or signs of wear

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Within 48 hours, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid shipping label (for US returns)
- International return address (for non-US returns)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached.
For international returns outside the US:
- Use trackable shipping (we recommend DHL or FedEx)
- Declare as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Email us the tracking number
Refund Processing
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- International refunds may take 10-15 days for bank processing
Exchanges
For size exchanges on Adventure Jackets or Boots:
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
- No additional shipping charges for US exchanges
- International customers pay shipping difference if applicable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Armor Inserts or Adventure Pants arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll provide expedited replacement at no cost
